Tasya Rivera Martin is a partner at Robinson | Duffy, PLLC, where she represents clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and property division. She also handles matters involving domestic abuse and complex financial issues.
With more than 20 years of experience, Tasya brings sound judgment, practical guidance, and a steady approach to every case. She works with clients in both litigation and mediation, tailoring her strategy to the needs of each matter. Tasya takes the time to ensure her clients understand their options, anticipate what lies ahead, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Tasya began her family law career in 2003 as a law clerk for a family court judge, where she gained early, hands-on insight into the court system. Since then, she has represented clients across a wide range of family law matters in both courtroom and alternative dispute resolution settings, including work in multiple jurisdictions. Her breadth of experience allows her to identify efficient, practical solutions grounded in each client’s unique circumstances.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Winona State University and her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. During law school, she served as president of the Women’s Law Society, was recognized for her work in the health law clinic, and earned a certificate in health law.
Tasya is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She has been selected to SuperLawyers from 2023 through 2026.
