Kimberly J. Robinson
Kimberly J. Robinson focuses her practice exclusively on family law. Kimberly is committed to listening to her clients’ concerns and needs. She provides knowledgeable representation to minimize the stress and anxiety normally associated with family law disputes.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, Kimberly is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, cum laude, where she also served as an editor for the St. Thomas Law Journal. After graduation, Kimberly served as a law clerk for Hennepin County Family Court judge. Prior to co-founding Robinson | Duffy, PLLC, she worked at a private law firm and later was the owner of KJR Family Law, LLC.
Kimberly is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 and a Certified Family Law Mediator.
Kimberly’s reputation for high ethical standards and professional ability among her fellow attorneys has earned her selection for inclusion in Thompson Reuters Minnesota Lawyers Rising Stars for 2012 through 2016 (an honor bestowed on fewer than 5% of attorneys in Minnesota), Minnesota Super Lawyers for 2017 through 2024, and was named to the Top 50: Women Minnesota Super Lawyers in 2024. Kimberly also co-authors the Custody Trials chapter of the Minnesota CLE Child Custody Deskbook.
